If you’re visiting Victoria Place or Victoria Station by car, the car park can be found on Eccleston Bridge. Access is via Bridge Place, Belgrave Rd or Bulleid Way. Follow the postcode SW1W 9SJ on your sat nav.


The Victoria Railway Station car park is managed by APCOA who can be contacted on 0845 0774 224.

There are five Blue Badge spaces within the Victoria Place car park and the normal tariff applies.
You’ll find further spaces outside the Hudson’s Place entrance (between Wilton Rd and Bridge Place, sat nav SW1V 1PZ) with step-free access.


You can pay by cash, pay by phone, debit and credit cards (except Amex) for pay and display parking.

You’ll find three vehicle charge points by the customer service kiosk, near the entrance to the car park. Registration at Source London is required.

There are a number of taxi ranks located nearby including Victoria Station Air Deck, Hudson’s Place, Bridge Place and Vauxhall Bridge Road.



There are cycle racks on platforms 7-8 and 17-18. Both are monitored by CCTV.

Access to and from Victoria Station can be gained via a lift located at the Gatwick Express entrance between platforms 14 and 15, which will take you to the taxi rank entrance of Victoria Place. We’re sorry that there is not a more direct access between the station and Victoria Place due to the physical constraints of the building. Please contact us if you require more information.



Access to the main mall level of Victoria Place can be gained via a platform lift, located at the Eccleston Bridge road entrance. Once inside there is a lift to the Food Terrace level, located towards the centre of the mall.

At Victoria Place, you’ll find five customer information screens located conveniently throughout the centre – providing real-time rail departure and arrival times from Victoria Station. So you can keep tabs on the trains while you enjoy a spot of shopping, a relaxing drink or bite to eat.

The toilets at Victoria Place include baby changing and disabled facilities and can be found on our Food Terrace on the upper level. Turn right at the top of the escalator / out of the lift and you’ll find them through the double doors between Subway and McDonald’s.

The facilities are temporarily free of charge to use. A dedicated member of our team supervises these facilities throughout the day.

At current Network Rail are undertaking a major redesign and refurbishment of the London Victoria station ­toilets.
The toilets on the Southern/Gatwick Express side of the station (beside Wasabi) will be closed until April 2019.
The toilets on the Southeastern side of the station (beside platform 2) will close from February 2019 until April 2019.

Alternative toilets and accessible facilities will be available for the duration of the project in Hudson’s Place and Victoria Place.
